We shall provide the tracking number of EMS international postal service for you to track your goods when we ship. The number shall usually be available for tracking next day. The format is EGXXXXXXXXXJP - 13 digits.

You may track the items on the website of your national Post Operator.

It takes about 7-10 days for the goods to reach the destination for EMS. For some countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc.) only 1st class air-mail is allowed from Japan. It takes about 15-20 business days. We provide tracking number as well. At your request we shall send you a photocopy of the postal receipt with postal stamp and date of delivery. In some states delivery estimates may vary.

IMPORTANT!

New Year holidays Schedule

Dear Customers, Please be advised that New Year holidays in 2020 - 2021 will affect our services as follows: SHIPING: We do not ship during Dec 30th – Jan 6th due to Japan Post holidays. ORDERS: We shall accept orders and reply as usual. Pay attention that standard shipping time for orders placed during Dec 30th – Jan 6th may increase. Pay attention that delays in support service reply are possible on Dec 31st and Jan 1st due to reduced amount of staff. PAYMENTS: Payment shall be affected only by local New Year holidays.
